The artist, LilTellTails, retains all rights on any digital artwork or goods they create.

You, the commissioner, have the right to repost the commissioned artwork wherever you please as long as credit towards the artist is provided.

Commissioners can print their commissioned art as long as this material isn’t intended for commercial use. Image rights still belong to the artist.

By no means can the commissioned art made by the artist be modified by a second party or by the commissioner, unless agreed upon. For example; a lineart with a transparent background.

However, the artist’s signature is never to be removed or obstructed by any means.

The artist is not responsible for where their commissioner reposts their commission. For example: posting erotic material on a site that prohibits it. All responsibility goes to the user who broke the rules or laws depending on the website and their country of residence.

If you are commissioning art with nudity or sexual themes (NSFW) you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older upon commission.

The artist may refuse to accept any commission with no reason given.

The prices stated on the commission sheet are only guideline prices and are subject to change depending on character complexity, outfit, pose, background detail, and lighting and shading effects.

Providing a reference of the character(s) and background is recommended, but not required.

Please Note: if no reference is provided, much of the art will fall upon artist preference and artistic freedom.

This includes but is not limited to; colour palette, body shape, personality,

If the commissioner requests a character to be drawn that is not their own, they must provide proper proof that the owner of said character is okay with this commission.

I do not sell the copyright to my art. You are paying for the time I will spend working on your commission.

If you desire your commission to be private, an additional cost of 25% of the total price of the work will be added.

Payment taken in two halves. 50% Before commission work is started, and the last 50% after the completion of the sketch. Alternative schedules of payment negotiable.

The commissioner will need to provide their PayPal Email once a final price has been agreed upon.

The artist will determine the final price based on the complexity of the work and send an invoice to the commissioner’s PayPal.

Commission work will not be started until the first payment is received and the completed art will not be sent until full payment is delivered.

The purchase is digital and therefore requires no shipping. An original PNG file copy of the finished commission will be sent to the commissioner via a DropBox link.

After the initial copy of the commission is sent the artist is no longer responsible for sending more copies or keeping backed-up files.

Commissions can take 5 days to a month depending on real life influences.

The artist will stay in contact with the commissioner and let them know if any complications arise.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation on the commission can be done by either party with no further instruction of the reasons.

If the artist cancels the commission a full refund will be provided.

If the commissioner cancels the commission, the refund will depend on the amount of work that is already completed. A 75% Refund if the commission is sketched, 50% refund if the artist is working on lineart, and no refund will be provided if the artist is already colouring the commission.

The refunded commissions will be repurpose as the artist sees fit.This includes selling them as a YCH (Your Character Here) or Adoptable character

All identifying features of the commissioners character will be removed during this process

The commissioner may not ask for a refund for inaccuracies on their piece. Instead they may ask for an edit.

All articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within a final written agreement between Client and Artist.
